Today we had pancakes. It was an 11 car event because we cruised and oh…did I mention we had pancakes?

This was the best show for us in a long time. DHP New Mexico came on board.

Okay…we’ll tell you what.

DHP has officially grown. After 2 years of discussion and meeting it’s with great pleasure that we introduce the Dry Heat Panzers - New Mexico. With the introduction of this new and independent chapter we will also revive our site.

Many things have changed over the past few months. Probably the biggest is the fact that Chirco performance and restoration is no longer the DHP sponsor. As a matter of fact DHP has no sponsor, or really need for one for that matter. The split with Chirco was mutual (not necessarily pretty) but mutual nonetheless. Some members still shop there and others explore other options. There are no hard feelings and it is our overall feeling that the split was for the best for all parties involved.

Now….back to the “happy”. The New Mexico crew will be on and posting there own stuff on this site. DHP though seperate is a tight knit group so the threads will be mixed. We will try to catagorize as best we can though.

I would like to personally and publicly express my gratitude to Alex (AKA Buggin) for being so instrumental in making this happen. The future for both groups looks bright and it’s largely a result of his efforts.
